Check-in

Being our Bed &Breakfast a small, family-run establishment, there is no full time reception desk, as it happens with hotels. Therefore we strongly encourage our guests to communicate their time of arrival at least 48 hours prior to actual arrival. Arrivals without proper notification might cause longer waiting times and cannot be cause for complaints or refunds. Please let us know your expected time of arrival or if your scheduled arrival time has changed with due notice. That way we will be able to welcome you and avoid waiting . Please do not hesitate to contact us for directions.

Rooms are allocated between 2:30 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.
Should you arrive before 2:30 p.m., feel free to leave your bags with us while your room is being prepared.

Guests checking in late will incur additional charges and requests for late arrivals are subject to approval by the owner.

Upon arrival, valid identity documents (passport or identity card) need to be presented. These are necessary to complete the registration records required by law. Failure to comply with this requirement is considered to be a violation of the rules of the Penal Code and authorises us to ask you to immediately leave our B&B. Our guests’ data is treated in accordance with the current confidentiality regulations.

Check-out

Please remember that, on the day of departure, rooms must be vacated by 10:00 to allow cleaning and delivery for new arrivals.
A late check-out will imply you will be automatically charged an additional night.

We will email you our B&B rules; Your request to stay at our B&B and the acceptance of said request by “Le dame della Cortesella” implies the full acceptance of the present rules and regulations.
